Daniel is the owner of Gilmore Construction and Management Ltd (GCM), specialising in construction and project delivery management. He has a broad base of construction experience to draw from, having worked on architectural / design and build / commercial / school projects / medical/ civil works and more recently industrial projects.

In 2020 Daniel and his family moved to Christchurch and sold his North Island based company, Gilmore Homes and Builders Ltd

With over 25 years industry experience and 18 years of running a construction company Daniel knows how to deliver a project and maintain relationships with both clients and contractors.

Daniel has successfully delivered over 500 projects within Aoteroa.

We're very excited to have Daniel involved in the New City Campus Project. As our Christchurch based Project Manager, Daniel will working with our Project Advisor Joe Stradwick and the Project Team overseeing consultant input, project scope and planning, tender documentation and selection, construction monitoring and progress updates.

David has 45 years experience in the property and development business and in-depth knowledge of property development and construction.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Before taking on the role of Business Manager 20 years ago, Tony had 16 years of sales and marketing experience in the building industry. He completed his Post Graduate Commerce studies in 2014 and enjoys the challenge of bringing together all the people, skills and resources needed to see a project finished.

PROJECT SUPPORT

Joe has been in the commercial construction industry for 28 years and has worked in both the Auckland and Sydney markets.

He’s helped dozens of churches navigate large construction projects, co-ordinating the design and build of over $100 million worth of church facilities.

These include Life NZ, Equippers, multiple Anglican facilities, Cross Roads Church in Thames and Encounter Church.
