  • Joe Stradwick

    Joe has been in the commercial construction industry for 30 years and has worked in both the Auckland and Sydney markets.

    He's helped dozens of churches navigate large construction projects, co-ordinating the design and build of over $100 million worth of church facilities.

    These include Life NZ, Equippers, multiple Anglican facilities, Cross Roads Church in Thames and Encounter Church.

    David has 45 years experience in the property and development business and in-depth knowledge of property development and construction.

  • Lincoln Platt

    ARCHITECT

    Lincoln is an architectural designer and has worked in the industry for 30-years on a wide range of projects. Lincoln specialises in helping clients with complex projects achieve a successful outcome within budget.

  • John Peez

    QS & PROJECT MANAGER

    John is a Senior Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager. He has first hand experience as a builder and developer, and has a good feel for the realistic cost of developing the sites we’ve evaluated.

  • Phillip Roth

    ACCOUNTANT / BUSINESS ADVISOR

    Phillip has been invested in the life of Grace Vineyard Church for 20 years. He is an Advisory Partner with accounting firm BDO New Zealand. His expertise is in business development for both commercial and Not-for-Profit enterprises.

    We hugely value Phillip’s input on strategic decision making especially in the areas of property and finance.

  • Charlie Goodwin

    CAPITAL FINANCE

    Charlie has worked in finance for over twenty-five years, as a share broker and fund manager (including in commercial property) and more recently as a consultant, specialising in strategic financial analysis and investment structuring.

  • Fadi Jirjees

    FIRE ENGINEER

    Fadi completed his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 1988 and masters’ degree in 1994 in Baghdad, Iraq. He immigrated to NZ in 1995 with his wife Nadia. In 2001 he moved to Christchurch working with a few engineering consultancy firms. He completed his second masters’ degree in fire engineering in 2003 at the University of Canterbury which has since become his main practice area.

    Fadi and his family joined Grace Vineyard in 2009 and have become valued, committed members of the Grace family. We appreciate Fadi’s expertise and experience in consulting and strategic planning.

  • Tony Walter

    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Before taking on the role of Business Manager 20 years ago, Tony had 16 years of sales and marketing experience in the building industry. He completed his Post Graduate Commerce studies in 2014 and enjoys the challenge of bringing together all the people, skills and resources needed to see a project finished.
